When Can I Expect my Package?
Domestic orders:
- Shipping is FREE on all domestic orders over $150 (5-8 Business Days)
- A Flat Rate of $7.00 USD on domestic orders under $100 USD
- 2-3 Day Express $15
International orders:
- DHL is the primary service we offer to our Custom Curve Cuties.
- International shipping fees are based on shipping address and the weight and dimensions of the order.
- Please be advised that international orders may experience additional delays and/or incur increased duties and fees due to shipping carrier and regional restrictions. These fees and overcharges are imposed by the shipping carrier and customs agencies, not Custom Curves.

- Our team is more than happy to help assist you with all your needs. Our hours are weekdays Monday-Friday 8 AM-4pm EST. Please expect a prompt response to your inquiry within 48 hours.
WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND/EXCHANGE ?
We Allow a 10 day RETURN POLICY. You have up to 10 days after your delivery to be eligible for a return.
**** The condition of the returned item must be in its original state (We reserve the right to deny a RETURN does not meet our required inspection).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, but not limited to (No sign of wear, no odors, original tags attached, animal hair, no makeup marks, deodorant smears etc.)
If you have decided to return after the 10-day delivery mark, your REFUND will be denied, but have the option of receiving a store credit. Store Credit is only used up to 20 days after delivered to us. If your return exceeds 21 days, you will be denied both a refund and store credit. We will do our very best to assess and accommodate every situation.
